The housing code is a legal basis of "The Finance of Households"

The article examine the housing code of Russian Federation in order to find the emergence of various financial rights and duties of the households members, both separately and all totaled. The article considers legal basis of various sets of short-term (consumption fund) and long-term (funds of investment) monetary fund's related to maintenance and using of house (dwelling).
