Megareservation as a way of rescue of a socially important part of credit institution in the conditions of her bankruptcy

In article the term «organization reserves» is investigated, their differences for the financial and non-financial organization are distinguished. Special attention is paid to bank reserves and their types. Also the procedure of bankruptcy of legal entity in the context of activity of credit institution is considered. As one of ways of a socially important part of bank deposits protection is the deposit insurance fund assuming all banks participating in the system obligatory contributions, in article a concept the above-organizational reserves - megareservation is entered.
