The paper is devoted to the organization of interests protection system of consumers of insurance services in Kazakhstan. The author considers features of the interests protection organization of insurance services consumers at the macro and micro levels. The problems in realization of interests protection of insurance services in the Kazakhstan insurance market have been revealed during the research.
