The Survey of organization of activity of the European central bank (from history of the creation before 2012)

In given article is presented synopsis of organization of the European central bank's activities: history of the creation ECB, scientific determination ECB, purposes and problems, legal base, organizing structure, obligation reporting, authorized capital, independence, strategy of monetary 87 policy, instruments of monetary policy (the open-market operations, minimum reserves, constantly acting mechanisms), reports of the Governing Council ECB about result of activity ECB in 2010, 2011 and 2012. The list of main used scientific term is presented at the end of the article.
