Actuality of research of the European Central Bank's monetary policy

This article is devoted to reasoning of actuality of research of the European Central Bank's monetary policy. For substantiation the following arguments are given: uniqueness of European Central Bank, improvement of a monetary policy of the Central Bank Russian Federation and other countries, acceptance of its experience by the countries, planning to form the currency union or the Central Bank Russian Federation at investment with its powers of regional Central Bank, elaboration of measures for improvement of the European Central Bank's monetary policy, need for stability of the Eurozone and communication of economy of Russia with it, requirement for stability of uniform currency of euro, acceptance of the European Central Bank's experience as the theoretical base for formation of uniform world currency.
