Summary.pdf SUMMARY Leontii Voitovich On the date of the inclusion of Trans-Carpathia into Halych-Volyn' state. The autor examines in detail the time and circumstances of the inclusion of Trans-Carpathia into Halych-Volyn' State. Based on the Latin-sources, which have never been involved in the context, the paper justifies the conclusion that these events took place in the final stage of the struggle for the legacy of Babenberg when Hungary and Halych-Volyn' State were in the opposing camps. Aleksandr Maiorov Daniil the Galician and the Crusader Campaign into Prussia. Despite the opinion widely circulated in the literature that supposedly Daniil searched for help from Rome against the Tartars and agreed to the Unia, we come to the conclusion that his drawing nearer to the West was a result of the fact that the Galician-Volynian Prince had other more advantageous realistic concerns for doing so. Despite the plea of the Galician Prince for help in his struggle with the Tartars, the pope did not offer such. The question was about the Prussian tribe of the Yatviagy who lived along the border of the Volynian and Polish Lands. That is why the place of Daniil's coronation was chosen to be Dorogichin, which was the gateway to the Yatviagian Lands and that the coronation, which can be concluded from the cronicle-writer, happened during the military campaign. The Fate of the Slavs and Gagauz of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina in the Plans of Official Bucharest. 1941 - 1944. In 1941 Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina, as compared to the Bug- Dniestovian Region referred to as "Transnistria", were annexed by Rumania. The majority of Jews and Gypsies were sent to concentration camps and eliminated. Official Bucharest also carried out a policy of forced Rumanianization of Rus- sians, Rusins, Ukrainians, Bulgarians and Gagauz and formulated plans for their deportation and preparation for a new campaign of genocide. Vasilii Stati The Right of Russia for Moldavia (Historical Legal Evidence). The Pruth-Dniestrovian Region (Bessarabia) entered into Russia in 1812 on the basis of a treaty with Turkey. Rumania itself, was recognized as inde- pendent only after the Berlin Congress (June 1878) which did not question Russia's Right over Bessarabia. Russia has never considered "Bessarabia" to be a "Rumanian Land". The evidence to this are the results of the Conferences of Warsaw (1921) and Vienna (1924). Officially Rumania did not contest the sov- ereignty of Russia/USSR over the Moldavian Republic in the Soviet-Rumanian diplomatic relations in 1934. "The Note of the Soviet Government" of 28-06- 1940 - was a requirement of the Rumanian Government to fulfill the officially accepted circumstances according to the Russo-Rumanian Agreement about the cleansing of Bessarabis by Rumania in 1918.
