Creation of the online electronic-educational resources on the Russian language for Siberian indigenous ethnic groups as the result of interethnic cooperation within one country
The Russian language is one of the most widely spoken world languages, which not only unites all the nationalities living on the vast territory of the Russian Federation, but also makes it possible to save their identity. The paper focuses on the description of the online electronic-educational resources on the Russian language created by the Kemerovo State University team for Siberian indigenous ethnic groups. The methodology for creating online courses is determined by the interethnic cooperation in Russia. Each language is a unique view of the world manifested in a specific linguistic picture of the world. Modern education prioritizes harmonious teaching of Russian as a state language, adapted to the linguistic peculiarities of students. The authors analyse a family of cognate words with the identical principal component in Teleut and Russian to demonstrate the directions of the online education in Russian. The comparative analysis of different language derivatives in Russian and Teleut in the families of cognate words with an identical core element shows the universal character of derivation processes inherent to the language thinking and allows highlighting and interpreting the peculiarities of every natural language. Nationally oriented principle of teaching Russian increases the effectiveness of the process: it is necessary to know Russian (especially as a non-native language) not only for full-scale communication in the Russian Federation, but for deeper and more complex understanding of one's own culture and the culture of multi-national Russia.
