The mission of Rusin Journal Library is the publication of monographs, archival material and the work of Rusin, Russian and foreign historians, ethnographers, philologists of history, culture and the language of the Rusins (Rusnaks), the aboriginal population of the Carpatho-Dniestrovian Lands - the work which was published in the 19th-20th Centuries and did not lose its siginificance.
