Миграционные процессы в Нидерландах после кризиса в Европе в 2014–2024 гг.

Настоящая статья посвящена исследованию миграционных процессов в Нидерландах в условиях европейского миграционного кризиса 2014- 2024 гг. Основное внимание сфокусировано на анализе национального законодательства и его соответствия нормам и требованиям ЕС. Рассматриваются ключевые этапы трансформации правового регулирования миграции, вызванные значительным ростом прибывающих мигрантов и беженцев (особенно после февраля 2022 г.), изменением внутренней политики и общественными дискуссиями о мультикультурализме и национальной идентичности. Автор акцентирует внимание на особенностях определения статуса «мигранта» и «беженца», подчеркивая важность четкой дифференциации этих категорий для эффективного функционирования системы приема и интеграции. В качестве исследовательского вопроса ставится следующий: как и насколько миграционные процессы в Нидерландах в период 2014-2024 гг. предопределили реформирование законодательства в области миграции, включая два хронологических этапа и кризисных явления: во-первых, после масштабного кризиса в Европе в 2015-2016 гг. ввиду обострения ситуации на Ближнем Востоке, во-вторых, после февраля 2022 г. и продолжающегося русско-украинского кризиса. Хронологические рамки работы охватывают десятилетний период - с 2014 по 2024 г. Данная статья основана на глубоком изучении голландской нормативно-правовой базы, статистических данных Центрального статистического бюро Нидерландов, Евростата, Службы по иммиграции и натурализации, отчетов по миграции Нидерландов, индекса политики интеграции мигрантов, которые обеспечивают всесторонний взгляд на проблему. Выводы работы позволяют лучше понять современные вызовы, стоящие перед голландским обществом, и тенденции дальнейшей эволюции нидерландской миграционной политики в условиях геополитической трансформации.
