45 years devoted to the service of science (to the Anniversary of Iraida Ya. Selyutina)

On October 30, 2015, Selyutina Iraida Yakovlevna celebrates her 70 anniversary and 45 years of her scientific work. Selyutina I.Ya. is a doctor of philological sciences, professor, a leading scientific worker of the V. M. Nadelyayev Laboratory of Experimental-Phonetic Investigations of the Siberian Peoples’ Languages Department of the Institute of Philology of the Siberian Section of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She is a world-known researcher in the area of Turkology and Experimental Phonetics. Under her supervision the V. M. Nadelyayev Laboratory of Experimental-Phonetic Investigations is realizing a large-scale investigation into the languages of the indigenous peoples of Siberia and of the adjacent territories.
