Verbs of speech activity in the Turkic languages and dialects of the North Sayano-Altai
The paper deals with verbs of speech activity based on the material of the North Altai language dialects (Chalkan, Tuba, and Kumandy), Shor dialect of Khakassian, and three literary languages: Altai, Khakassian and Shor. All these languages and dialects, except the Altai literary language, in the classifications of Turkic languages are often included in one group. The Northern dialects of the Altai language, which in a number of linguistic features are combined in the same group, have some phonetic and grammatical features bringing some of them closer to the Altai literary language and some closer either to the Khakassian or to the Shor language. The group of verbs of speech activity reveals more parallels between of the North Altai language dialects (except Tuba) with the Khakassian and the Shor languages, and least of all with the Altai literary one. Group of verbs of speech activity reveals more parallels between the northern dialects of Altai language (except Tuba) Khakassian and Shor, less - with the Altai literary language. Apart is the Tuba dialect having more common tokens with the Altai literary one.
