The local text from the regional and nationwide points of view (based on the criticism of M. Bulgakov’s novel «The White Guard»)
The paper studies the historical prerequisites for the appearance of the «Kiev text» in M. Bulgakov’s works on the basis of his first novel «The White Guard». The paper considers the aesthetic, political, and symbolic disputes in studying Bulgakov’s text in the context of the Slavic culture.
