Профессиональная идентичность медицинских работников: содержание, теоретические подходы, факторы формирования

Проведен метасинтез актуальных зарубежных публикаций, посвященных профессиональной идентичности медицинских работников. Рассмотрены три вопроса: о содержании профессиональной идентичности медицинских работников, теоретических подходах к ее изучению, а также о факторах ее формирования. Определены основные недостатки и ограничения исследований профессиональной идентичности в современной литературе. Автор заявляет об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
