Educational cooperation between Myanmar and Russia: Strategic interests and contemporary collaboration

В статье анализируется развивающееся сотрудничество в сфере образования между Мьянмой и Россией, иллюстрируя его значение для укрепления двусторонних отношений. Автор ставит перед собой цель изучить, как это сотрудничество в сфере образования развивалось от базовых дипломатических связей до стратегического партнерства, особенно в контексте современной геополитической динамики. Исследование основано на обширном обзоре как исторических, так и современных образовательных обменов между двумя странами, с использованием смешанного подхода, интегрирующего качественный и количественный анализ официальных соглашений и данных различных учреждений. Автор заявляет об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
