The silent crisis: Afghan women and the right to education
Данное исследование изучает проблемы образования афганских женщин в Афганистане при правлении талибов, уделяя особое внимание культурным, социально-экономическим и политическим факторам. Используя качественный подход, оно анализирует вторичные данные из литературы, политики и СМИ, чтобы исследовать историческую эволюцию образования женщин и последствия ограничений, накладываемых талибами. Результаты показывают, что бедность, патриархальные нормы и институциональная дискриминация строго ограничивают доступ к образованию, несмотря на то, что исламские учения поощряют гендерное равенство в образовании. Устойчивость афганских женщин проявляется в онлайн-платформах обучения и подпольных школах. Исследование подчеркивает, что политика талибов противоречит исламским принципам, которые исторически поддерживают образовательную и интеллектуальную роль женщин. В заключение предлагаются стратегические рекомендации, включая международную информационно-просветительскую работу, инициативы, осуществляемые на уровне общин, и взаимодействие с религиозными лидерами, для восстановления прав на образование. Более широкие последствия подчеркивают образование как фундаментальное право человека и источник социально-экономического развития. Будущие исследования должны изучить эффективное применение этих стратегий и их продолжающееся влияние на гендерное равенство. Автор заявляет об отсутствии конфликта интересов.
