The author suggested naming this chapter as «Natural Environment Offences» since the term «ecological» is vague in meaning and is not acceptable in the criminal law. The social danger of such crimes was examined. The natural environment offenses definition was determined. It was suggested to transfer some components of Chapter 26 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to other Chapters of the Criminal Code. The article studies the morphological, anatomical and physiological features of Pinus sibirica (Du Tour) at different life stages. The investigation has proved that a lifespan of coniferous needles in Gorny Altai is up to seven years. The author states that as cedar needles grow and age, the correlation of their anatomical structures does not change. However the age brings changes in the content of pigments, the number of chloroplasts and their photosynthetic activity. ON THE RARE FIND OF MARSHITE IN THE OXIDIZED ORES OF THE RUBTSOVSK POLYMETALLIC DEPOSIT (RUDNY ALTAI). The macro-quantities of marshite and argentiferous marshite (cupric and argentic iodides) have originally been distinguished in the oxidized ores of the Rubtsovsk polymetallic deposit. This is a mineralogical sensation to a certain extent. They are concentrated within the bottom of the zone of oxidation, thus entering the paragenesis of minerals of the subzone of the secondary oxide enrichment. The dependence of repeatability of favorable and adverse weathers on average monthly values of meteorological elements is estimated. The equations of correlation between the groups of weathers and the meteorological sizes received by numerical methods by the aeroclimatic data are used. Rodygin Sergei A. Tomsk State University. THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DEVONIAN CONODONTS FOR GEOLOGICAL MAPPING LEGEND PRECISION IN THE RUDNY ALTAI. The data of new finds of conodonts in Zmeinogorsk and Zolotushka regions of the Rudny Altai are descriebed in the article. Conodonts were found in Givetian and Frasnian stages of basal sections. Standard conodont zones ensensis, varcus, Late hassi, jamieae, rhenana have been established. The fact of common finding of conodonts and goniatites of Pharciceras and Manticoceras zones is quite interesting. The accurate definition of the stratigraphical schema is very important for making the legends of 1:200000 scale geological maps more precise.
