Socially protected person as result of social policy in conditions of the postindustrial society

In clause evolution of the purposes and results of social policy at different stages of socialdevelopment is considered. The concept «socially protected person» is formulated. For increase of efficiency of social policy thesystem of the self-help, and also new structure of system of social protection is offered. The approach to an estimation of efficiencyof activity of system of social protection is offered.
