The criminalistic description of richness of content as a structural element of speech
The article is devoted to the speech characteristics of the person being questioned, significance of speech in establishing the psychological contact during interrogation, description of the structure of speech, and criminalistic importance of richness of content as one of the elements of speech. Speech has long been interesting for researchers in linguistics and psychology, it is the object of study of the criminalistic science. Recorded speech becomes a carrier of forensically relevant information needed to identify and solve crimes. Speech shows signs and individual characteristics of the person. Speech is the most common source of information, both in everyday life and in the work of the investigator. The interest in the criminalistic study of speech is not surprising, since the investigator has traditionally received most information about a crime in the production of communicative investigation. Currently, studies of speech are important when choosing interrogation tactics, assessing the validity of the words of the person giving testimony. Speech is expressed by sounds and fixed by hearing. The structure of speech can be distinguished by its division into three elements: vocalicity, tonality and richness of content. Traditionally, richness of content is defined as the amount of thoughts, feelings and aspirations it expresses, their significance and truthfulness. In the article the richness of speech content is considered from the point of view of personal meaning and symbols that appear in the speech of the person questioned. The features of speech content are determined by the psychological type the interrogated person belongs to. This paper describes the mechanism for determining the characters in human speech, which includes both qualitative and quantitative indicators. Furthermore, specific examples of symbols in speech characteristic for each of the addressed personality types are given. The analysis of the features of speech content richness during communicative investigation will help establish psychological contact with the person interrogated and, subsequently, identify false information. Richness of human speech content depends on the psychological type, details of which will help the investigator not only to establish psychological contact, but also to apply the most effective tactics in the production of questioning.
