Sports education of students as a subject of system research

We developed the concept of sports education, the purpose of which is the formation of kinesiology competence of students based on the theoretical and methodological concepts of humanistic pedagogy, the basic of which are the cultural and personality-activity approaches. To solve the problems of the study we use additional synergistic and competence approaches, which together are considered with the system approach. The cultural approach is an important tool for the humanization of physical education and sports education of students in higher education, which is perfectly reflected in the student-activity approach to learning. The personality-activity approach assumes that the center of sports and sports education is the learner - their motives, needs, goals, individual psychological characteristics. The synergetic approach involves students' orientation on self-development and self-improvement of kinesiology in the process of learning the values of sports and physical education in higher school. The competence approach is reflected in the result of physical and sports education, as its purpose and result is students' kinesiology competence. The considered approaches together constitute a whole and contribute to the holistic development of the individual student in sports education, thus realizing the system integrity principle. The hierarchy principle is reflected in the conceptual approaches used, each of which has a specific meaning and is subordinate to the other elements or subjugates the other elements of the system. In the system approach structuring is bringing together the diverse elements of the system into separate subsystems by certain characteristics. In our educational system, its main elements are the approaches: cultural, personality-activity, synergistic, competence. Each approach as a subsystem includes mandatory elements: concepts, principles, forms, and methods of educational process organization, the totality of which can also be considered as a subsystem. Plurality in the system approach is to use a variety of models for each element and the system as a whole. In our study, the design of educational system will involve the cultural competence model of physical and sports education students. Thus, in accordance with our concept, as a result of physical and sports education students will have a complex personality formation - kinesiology competence.
