Innovative processes in the social-economic systems: the system-synergistic approach

Terminology apparatus of any science is its foundation to systematically disclose its object, to use special methods and analyze multiple objects. The innovative science is no exception. Its conceptual arsenal today, in our view, is inconsistent and inaccurate. It, first of all, is the essence and the ratio of its key concepts: novelty, innovation, innovation process, innovation activity. This in turn requires a more precise definition of the concept of "innovation'' as such. This article attempts to examine the innovation process from the perspective of the system-synergistic approach. The system approach is a direction of scientific knowledge and social practice methodology, the core of which is the consideration of objects as systems is used as a tool and leads the research to disclose the integrity of the object, to identify the various ties and integrate them into a single complex. At its core, the system approach is the specification of the principles of dialectical materialism, in which the innovation process can be viewed as a series of operations (activities) to be made on the source material (input of the process) increasing its value and leading to a particular result (output of the process). The study of the innovation process from the perspective of the system approach is possible as the process of innovation is an economic system with its input defined as the complex state of the system (innovative climate) and output defined as the change of the innovation flow in the economic system. The result of the innovation process determines the development of the economic system in which the process occurs and results in a change in the pace of the economic growth. The analysis of innovation processes from the perspective of the system-synergistic approach is a way to identify the relationship and interaction between the subsystems of the socio-economic system as an open, complex, self-organizing and self-developing, which allows identifying the availability of the innovative component. Implementation of the system approach is not only in the linear study of the innovation process (management subject - innovative attractiveness - innovator -innovative activity - innovation - management subject), but also in the vertical one (world community - country - region - municipality - industry - enterprise). This reduces the number of repetitive activities in the management of the innovation process and gives its comprehensive theoretical overview.
