Reflective training technology in psychological prevention of the mental burning out condition of medical students

Successful vocational training of medical students concerns a number of emotionally intense kinds of activity, which is reflected in the level of their mental and somatic health. Intensive academic loads, frequent emotionally intense situations of examinations, infringements of the mode of work, rest and feed, low level of communicative abilities and skills of self-control lead to frustration of adaptation among which one of the first places belongs to mental burnout. In this connection the urgency and the purpose of research consists in studying psychological mechanisms of the mental burnout condition and development of a reflective training technology focused on its prevention in case of medical students. Now the basic innovative educational technologies are connected with application of interactive models of training: use of role games, joint decision of problems, modeling of vital situations, etc. The most effective form of organization of interactive employment is training. Interactivity is a basis of training during training employment. The general and specific displays of laws of psychological mechanisms are revealed in students of the Medical Faculty. The general laws of displays of psychological mechanisms of the mental burnout condition are presented by reflective-semantic, and specific - by style features of self-control and axiological-motivational mechanisms. According to these results training of reflective abilities is an element forming the system of psychological prevention of the mental burnout condition. Realization of reflective training technology in prevention of the mental burnout condition of medical students is expressed in self-organizing and self-correction. It is directed on a decrease in expressiveness of the mental burnout condition through activization of style mechanisms of self-control, reflective-semantic and axiological-motivational mechanisms and should be carried out with the use of an integrated approach.
