Physical education: a factor of healthy competence of the student youth
The problem of health starts to be explored in depth, namely: systems of professional values of people's awareness of the needs in maintaining and strengthening health and formation of healthcare are developed; the approaches to restoration of physical health by medical and valeological methods are offered; formation and development of the corresponding motivation aimed at preservation and strengthening of health of an individual, spiritual and physical perfection and the ability to implement the received knowledge in professional activity are promoted. We can state the fact that the current traditional education, mass pedagogical practice focuses not on the formation of physical culture of a person, but on achieving the normative level of physical conditions of students, where the goal set by the program is often not personally relevant for young people, since in the practice of traditional education, the world of real objects is often substituted by ready concepts and other idealized products of knowledge received not by students, but by experts and scientists. In the greater degree there is a formation of conditional personal importance of a healthy lifestyle, not the development of ways of self-expression by means of physical culture, which is caused by quite an authoritarian teaching position. The totality of the revealed realities allows us to formulate the research problem which consists in the development of conceptual bases of formation of physical education on the basis of health competencies of the students in the regional practice of educational institutions. Theoretical and methodological background of health care can be raised to the level of physical education, if a pedagogical concept is developed. Basing on the fact that the indicators of the physical education of students at a certain stage are the effectiveness of the pedagogical process in physical education, the criteria will serve as a sign, on the basis of which the classification of the changes in the functioning and development of physical education of students; and the level must have a relatively stable condition, content of the system components and development of functional elements. Criteria for physical education should be the generalized characteristics of health saving competence (adaptability, resilience, intention, transformation, mobilization) created in the process of solving the tasks of students' health saving organization by means of physical education. When determining the level of education during the formative experiment, using testing in the aspect of the formation of knowledge and skills three indicators have been defined that show negative, neutral and positive trends in each criterion.
