The text "Times of Year" and the artistic philosophy of the "spring feeling" in the works by V.A. Zhukovsky
In the article, for the first time ever, the literary description of times of year changing was represented as a consistent text. The basic substantial-structural peculiarities of the text, including perception of the world as an act of creation, which is rendered every year all over again; binary oppositions and gradual elements; the recurrence connected with progressive advance of time in each separate cycle (day and night, season, year); existence of two subject-matters: transcendental and empirical, religious philosophical and eventful, representing interaction and transformation of cumulative and cyclic schemes, were analyzed. But the author in the "times of year" text appears as a counterpart of the culture hero, who uncovers to the reader the consistency of superterrestrial and terrestrial world order as well as experiencing of time (natural, religious, existential) and space, transcendence to them. The archetypal plot of the text is the portrayal of the dying and reviving deity, and also the deity that gives life, fertility through his sacred sacrifice. In the composite and figurative system of the text "times of year" an important role is assigned to numbers "two" and "four". The art philosophy of "spring feeling" of Zhukovsky is considered as an aesthetic basis of the author's "times of year"text that is reconstructed on the basis of the analysis of verses "May Morning", "Spring Feeling", "Oat Kissel", draft copies and plans of the poem "Spring" and the ballad "Vadim". The philosophy of Zhukovsky's "spring feeling" includes the description of spring transformation of the nature and the soul of the lyrical "I" as an existential experience of the eternal, awakening of the soul of the lyrical "I", as the presages of resurrection. The poet's semantics of the eternal and the related motives of resurrection and salvation materialize in the image of "charming There". The analysis of the verse "The Singer in the Kremlin" introduces the motive of the world's renewal as a result of actions of the providential forces in history into this philosophy, as manifestation of the "empyrean godsend" in relation to "Holy Russia". In the ballad "Vadim" by Zhukovsky the motive of "spring feeling" transfuses the state of inexplicable vexation of spirit, the prenotion of love and the meeting with "the mysterious visitor". The soteriological aspect in Zhukovsky's philosophy of "spring feeling" is inseparable from his reflections about destinies of poets and the purpose of poetry. The poetic text "times of year" by Zhukovsky as a sample of natural philosophical lyrics of the first half of the 19th century further developed in works of Turgenev, Bunin, Pasternak, etc.
