The problem of transformation of the world of facts into meaning of facts in the analytical philosophy of K.-O. Apel
This article considers the problem of the transformation of the world of facts into meaning of facts in the analytical philosophy of K.-O. Apel. The article proves that the inter-subjectivity of the unified interpretation of the world as such is defined by communicative community, whose apriority is predetermined by the transcendence of the language game. Implicative discourse with respect to the background knowledge is considered not as historical, but as a priori. The value of the factor of the world (extra linguistic reality) has a specific content; the world of facts - the world of meanings (facts) is a dichotomy permanently determining the relevance of a particular aprioristic choice of the subject of knowledge. It is established that why the scheme representing a certain argument and the problem of reliability of this scheme are interconnected like language and meta-language. Therefore, the limit base K.-O. Apel indicated shows not only the absence of the actual difference between dogma and irrationality, but also that the background of knowledge / argument is the basis of any constituted scheme; i.e. discourse is its consequence, discourse is implicatively caused. Also an assumption is formulated that the problem of the "factual correctness of language sentences" is a problem predetermined by the relationship of linguistic signs and extra-linguistic facts. In consideration of the dichotomy of "truths of facts" and "truths of reason" ignored by logical positivism, it can be argued that the relationships between the linguistic and extra-linguistic reality, in a certain way a priori formed in a specific discourse, for the subject of knowledge are what K.-O. Apel calls self-positing of binding reason. Therefore, a priori reasoning about the communicative community and its (possible / expected) competences we must recognize the following: first, this competence was formed within the history of the communicative community; second, verification of knowledge, being an integral and final stage of the model construction, becomes possible due to the inter-subjectivity of knowledge / discourse; thirdly, discourse, considering the internal structure of its relations, has implicative quality, that determines its diversity and ambiguity / multidimensionality (many options of interpretation models).
