Handling the tensions of the joint work system
Social tension in the joint activities of individuals must be considered from the perspective of the most important connections and relationships. In the context of communication and interaction, which has a rich variety of links, there are certain social relations. The empirical material of specific case studies of social relations, especially in the industrial field, enables one to substantiate the nature of social tension, the dialectical unity of its opposite sides, morality and freedom. The "fight" of these opposite sides as an inherent contradiction of "joint action" generates energy. Energy of joint work not only supports, provides activities in time, but also is the basis for the development of the system. The development of joint activities is carried out on the basis of objective socio-economic laws. However, at the same time, each stage in the development of the system requires some conscious adjustment of the tension at work, or, in short, manageability. For Russia, which is experiencing a period of radical transformation in all spheres of public life, the transformation of the socio-political life, the problem of handling social tensions is particularly relevant. In the process of political transition to a market economy, the value of prediction and correction of social tension is likely to continue to grow, because policies not only to appease social relations, but also to maintain a specific tension in joint activities and, above all, in the industrial relations system. In recent years, the scientific literature has increased the number of publications dealing with various aspects of issues such as the pacification of relations, revitalization. Taken together, the political and sociological research should give such a theoretical description of joint activities that would ensure its stability in practice. To date, however, basic approaches in predicting the existence and changes of social tension, both at the micro and macro level, are not defined and formulated . A consequence of the unilateral, negative perception of social tension is mistakes in management leading subsequently to pressing problems in the political, economic and social spheres.
