Developing a model of students' self-development support in extracurricular activities in rural schools of Kaluga Oblast in the context of primary education FSES
An important task of educational institutions in Russia is assisting a growing person in the process of self-creation and self-development, gaining a true vocation, which is reflected in the "Law on Education in Russia", in proceedings of federal state educational standards, and in a new generation of national educational initiative "Our New School". According to the Federal state educational standards in primary education, one of the conditions that can provide self-development of students today is extracurricular activities. In the present situation demanded is the design and implementation of the model of self-development support of students in extracurricular activities in the context of the Federal state standards of elementary general education which will provide personal, intellectual and social self-development of students. Of particular relevance is solving the problem of self-development support of students in extracurricular activities in rural areas, due to the existing social conditions and established educational factors. A team of scholars built and prepared for experimental testing an author's model of supporting students' self-development in extracurricular activities on the basis of the rural schools of Kaluga Oblast. The model is intended to address a key objective to encourage the self-development of younger schoolboys in extracurricular activities. It is based on the principles of flexibility, variability, individualiza-tion and creative interaction of all participants in the educational process, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students, regional peculiarities of educational environment of rural schools. It has a three-tier structure and includes methodological, psychological pedagogical and information support. It is based on the developed mechanisms of psycho-pedagogical support of students (active basis for claims to recognition, motifs subordination with the hierarchical prevalence of moral norms, the motif of self-acceptance and desire for self-development, prevention and correction of negative psychological and personality structures). It is built with the definition of the conditions for its implementation in educational practice, vision of the results and design of the tools for their assessment. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the present model can be widely used in the regional educational practice in the context of extracurricular activities organization of younger students.
