Pilot research of transcultural psychosemantics of personally important communicative worlds of innovationand entrepreneurship-oriented youth
By means of a projective method of psychosemantic count, a pilot cross-culture research of casual polycultural group of entrepreneurs from 12 countries was conducted. More than 100 constructs of the general psychosemantics of two axiological concepts (AC) "I as the leader" and "Members of my team" were recorded. They were grouped by six categorial factors: communicative competence; leadership - superleadership; intellectual culture; personal features; business qualities, creative potential. These factors have psychosemantic configurations in five comparative bipolar aspects of analysis: AC (complementarity - decentration); gender (the general - the complementary); motivation to business activity (low - high); experience (initial - big); business level in the country of the respondent (low - high). The basis of the qualitative analysis was a scientific hypothesis that even a single manifestation of the construct in cultural-linguistically and transculturally oriented group would be potentially significant for all. Mapping of configurations of the psychosemantic capacities of AC "I as the leader" and "Members of my team" has shown the central role of the categorical factor "Personal features". Entrepreneurs are twice stronger centered on themselves as leaders in comparison with the decentra-tion in respect of their teams. But the constant appearance of the constructs of superleadership in all AC aspects indicates the sense of the perspective of their leadership potential full manifestation. The gender aspect of communicative competence in men is 10 times more differentiated than in women. Only men characterize themselves as leaders with superleadership, while women feel this subfac-tor in their team members. Men recognize their business qualities significantly more often than women, while the latter are slightly more focused on their creative qualities. This leads to a hypothesis about the possible optimality of attractive gender complementarity in understanding teams and in co-leadership. With high motivation to business activities, the respondents find twice or thrice higher psychosemantic capacity for most categorical factors in both AC compared with low motivation. High and low motivated entrepreneurs show a sharp difference in AC "Members of my team" in all categorical factors (they live in parallel psychosemantic worlds). In aspects of personal experience and level of entrepreneurship development in the countries, the respondents revealed a common "neophyte syndrome". This allows making a practice-oriented hypothesis that with qualitative intensification of experience in the development of innovation and entrepreneurial activity the person's consciousness is differentiated and his / her important qualities are revealed: decentration of attention in the direction of the team, delegating responsibility to its members, formation of the super-leadership position.
