Simulation of teenagers' creative activity motivation formation in the system of additional education

The article discusses the working version of the pedagogical model of the formation of motivation of the teenagers' creative activity in the system of additional education (next is the pedagogical model). During the creation of this pedagogical model, its general structural components and varied connections between forms and methods of the pedagogical education were determined. It should also be stated that the author of the article is a teacher of additional education in the Belgorod Orthodox School and he also heads a poetry circle which studies poetry and skills to convey its spiritual intensity to the audience using different stage performances. The pedagogical model, according to the results of the work done, may be represented by the following units. The objective unit contains the main objective of the research that includes parallel formation of the pupils' sustainable motivation to poetry and their study of fundamentals of professional skills in the field of poetry. The content unit includes pedagogical conditions that define work quality in the field of additional education, methods and forms of teaching and upbringing and basic criteria that help to assess the level of teenagers' creative activity development. Availability of the necessary complex of pedagogical conditions that help form teenagers' creative activity motivation in the system of additional education is an important background for the implementation of the model. The creative unit, aimed at the development of the teenagers' creative activity, includes the following: holding poetry nights, creative plays, creative tasks, exercises in rhetoric, studying creative concepts, the history of poetry, writing one's own poetry, reciting poetical works. The motivational unit shows the theoretical concepts of creative activity motivation formation and is the practical part of our pedagogical research, namely: formation of curiosity, interest, motivation and motive for the development of the teenagers' creative activity in the system of additional education. The creative and motivational units form a single complex of pedagogical actions aimed at the formation of a long-term habit to be creative. The habit of regular visiting classes in circles stimulated the creative activity motivation formation and contributed to the further development of poetic skills. The implementation of this model in practice gave an opportunity to make a number of poetic performances with the pupils both in the Orthodox School and in other educational institutions of Belgorod. The author emphasizes that a feature of this model is targeting teenagers for success, which intensifies motivation formation and increases the creative possibilities of the pupils by the principle of a positive feedback.
