The mechanism of homeostasis in the biographical method of forensic investigation of the personality

Forensic investigation of the personality of the interrogated is connected with the need which ensures the effectiveness of preparation and the achievement of purposes of the interrogation, but, at the same time, it involves a number of difficulties which appear in the process of its implementation. The data available to the psychological, forensic and a number of other human sciences allow to assert with confidence that a personality obeys certain laws and knowing these laws allows a person to get to know this personality forming a system out of this information. It is well known from biology and physiology that the existence of any living organism needs energy. Any energy is exhausted, being consumed and spent on the maintenance of a living organism. To compensate for the spent energy reserves it is necessary to consume. Consumption of energy for living organisms is associated with the consumption of organic substances which is known to all as the nutrition process. A human being is a living organism to whom the designated pattern is logically extended. Since birth a person acquires skills to survive in the environment since it is dictated by the need for survival. The mechanism that allows a person to balance the available opportunities and potential environmental factors is the mechanism of homeostasis. The manifestation of the mechanism of homeostasis in life of a human being is caused by a number of the following laws: firstly, the existence of a living organism without energy is impossible; secondly, the energy is spent on maintaining the existence of a living organism; thirdly, lack of energy leads to problems and health disorders and, subsequently, to the irreversible loss of the viability of a living organism; fourthly, replenishing energy requires exploration, production and consumption of resources which are capable of restoring this energy; fifthly, in the conditions of resources being finite, the passage of time and continuous flow of energy (consumption of energy is constant, the only question is the flow rate), it is required to optimize the process of exploration, production and consumption of resources which are the sources of energy needed for the existence of a living organism. From the moment of birth and in the further development process a person has a genetic predisposition to a certain set of a particular type of activity. In this regard it is clear that homeostasis is reflected in the life scenarios of the interrogated as the most familiar way of interacting with the environment and people in solving the problems of their existence, viability and survival by achieving integrity, stability and satisfaction of physiological and psychological needs.
