Comparative research of psychosemantics of business development tendencies in the Siberian region in a transcultural context
The results of research of features of constructs and concepts in the communicative worlds of transcultural and Siberian groups of innovatively focused youth received by means of methods of the qualitative psychosemantic analysis are presented in the article. The universal tendency to a decentration of communicative psychosemantics concerning teams, and deficiency of psychosemantic activity of creative potential are revealed. The topical problem of a creative leader position formation is found. In this work, the following problems were solved: - check of the relevance of categorial factors and of the basic axiological and semantic constructs found in the transcultural group for entrepreneurs of the Siberian region of Russia; - comparison of similarities and distinctions of the ratios of these factors psychosemantic capacity in entrepreneurs of the transcultural and Russian-Siberian groups in various aspects of analysis; - analysis of features of tendencies of the psychosemantic dynamics of groups with various degrees of business inclusion in the Russian-Siberian region; - search of the general tendencies of youth business development on a transcultural scale. The optimistic conclusion is that the analysis of the structural tendencies gives very plausible tendencies that, at the same time, are difficult to explain, which demands more careful research. Such research can be inspired by the main result of the analysis: in general, the group of entrepreneurs has thrice more intensive conceptualization, than the group of non-entrepreneurs. At that, the transition of conceptual intuitions to constructive cognition is multidirectional, not linear, and demands consideration of additional factors. The main hypothesis of the research is that in business conceptual intuition significantly increases upon its rather uncertain transition to constructive cognition. The hypothesis corresponds to one of the main results of the previous analysis of axiological and semantic concepts psy-chosemantics: deficiency of creative potential and superleadership (authority, inspiring influence, charisma). In this regard, the following hypothesis is challenging: for effective generation and implementation of breakthrough venture innovative projects, it is necessary to specifically train entrepreneurs with an expressed potential of creative leadership on regional and transcultural scales. The authors noticed weak symptoms of manifestation of this phenomenon in the youth only planning to start businesses. The authors outline simple, yet well notable symptoms of creative leadership. Those who experienced peak experiences connected with realization of a free creative initiative felt its taste can intuitively guess and predict it in other members of a team much easier, and it is easy to entrust them the same initiative as they once could entrust themselves. This is the prospect of development of the creative atmosphere and the creative environment of university education in general as a condition of development of creative business of youth.
