Neoindustrialization of the Russian economy: conditions, stages and priorities of implementation
The article forms the stages, puts prior objectives of neoindustrialization of the Russian economy which can be solved in the conditions of formation of the state planning system. Such a system is to consider the vector of the force of basic economic laws aimed at combining production with the purpose of the formation of intersectoral chains of final produce production on the basis of vertically integrated property. The article provides a list of the ways and measures of the scientific and industrial policy which should be used as a basis for the implementation of neoindustrialization program. It also concludes that the management system of the innovative development of Russia needs to be supplied with the interaction of the plan, the market and different forms of property, and strategic planning must be included in the integral system of economy management as a key link.
