Indicators of the electrical activity of muscles of the upper extremities, torso and vegetative provision of beginning boxers when performing punch movements of various types of muscular tension
The analysis of the scientific and methodological works shows that punches of a ballistic type are the basis of the coordination of training boxers. The authors point out the fact that in this type of motion most of the load in the final phases of the punch is taken by the back muscles that rotate in the direction of the punch and by extensor muscles of the shoulder that work by inertia from the back muscles, based on the optimal biomechanical characteristics of ballistic punches in boxing. The researchers specify that pain in the wrist during its interaction with the exercise equipment reflexively causes necessary corrections that can change the type of muscle tension. The aim of the given study was to analyze the influence of the movements of different types of muscle tension on indicators of beginning boxers' muscle electrical activity and vegetative provision. At the beginning of the study after the testing the authors noted a hypotonic reaction to the load in athletes of the experimental group due to an increase in the diastolic blood pressure (BPd) and reduction of PP. In the final part of the study the authors observed the normotensive type of reaction to the load in the experimental group due to higher values of PP and BPd fitting into the normal capacity of the work (Table 2). After the test, HR values in the experimental group were 20.6% lower than the control level and 21.7% lower than similar data observed at the beginning of the study. In the control group, we have not noted quite significant change in HR parameters at the end of studies with respect to its beginning. At the same time, the authors observed the hypotonic type of influence on the load in the control group. At the initial stage of the study the authors did not record any statistically significant difference between the Ruffier index (RI) values in the experimental group and RI values in the control group. In the final part of the test the authors observed that after the testing RI values in the experimental group were 41. 1% lower than the control values and became 45.6% less significant when compared with the beginning of the study. At the initial stage of the study, the Allgower index (AI) values in a state of rest did not have a reliable significance of differences between the study groups. At the end of the study the value of the experimental group after the load was 20.5% below the level of control, becoming 20.5% lower with respect to the results recorded at the beginning of the study. At the beginning of the test the eukinetic type of blood circulation was observed at rest in both groups. At rest the authors observed that boxers had the hypoki-netic type of blood circulation, characterized by a low CI index.
