The interrelation of the components of kinesiological potential of preschoolers aged 5 to 6
The research aims to analyze the relationship between the parameters of the motor and morphological components of the kinesiological potential of children aged 5 to 6. The study involved 109 children aged 5 to 6. Of these, 51 were boys and 58 were girls. The subjects were tested for their motor fitness (seated forward bend, long jump, ball throwing (1 kg), 10 meter run); their physical development indicators (height, weight, dynamometry) were measured. The relevance of the study is based on the concern many teachers and parents have about modern preschoolers' state of health, physical development, motor preparedness, that is, about the manifestations of their kinesiological potential. Human kinesiological potential includes psychological, morphofunctional, motor, biome-chanical and other components. The psychological component is represented by features of mental processes and traits of a person. The motor-coordination component is characterized by motor abilities that can be divided into two large classes: conditioning and coordinating. Conditioning or energetic abilities includes power, speed, endurance, flexibility and their combinations (speed endurance, power endurance, speed-strength abilities). Coordinating abilities include abilities to balance, to orientate, to respond, to differentiate movement parameters, to rhythm, to rearrange, as well as abilities of vestibular stability, voluntary muscle relaxation, etc. In addition, all possible combinations of conditioning and coordinating abilities characterize the motor-coordination component of the human kinesiological potential. The biomechanical component of the kinesiological potential reflects a person's ability to master the optimal technique of a motor action. The study of the relationship of the components of the kinesiological potential of the girls has shown that indicators of physical development (height) have a high correlation with the indexes of physical fitness (seated forward bend (R=0.48), long jump (R=0.55), throwing 1 kg ball (R=0.68), 10 meter run (R=-0.72)). The study of the boys has shown that the indices of physical fitness are highly interconnected (seated forward bend - long jump (R=0.56) - throwing 1 kg ball (R=058) - r 10 meter run (r=-0.60)).
