Metaprofile physical education of students with disabilities

The aim of the study was the scientific substantiation of metaprofile physical education (MPE), a component of the system of physical education applicable to all specialties, during which specific values of professional physical culture are introduced to students regardless of the chosen profession. This allows to predict the fulfillment of the main aim of professional education - the formation of preparedness for future professional activity. The study showed that in the last decade the problem of health starts to be studied in depth, namely: systems of professional values of awareness by each person of the need to maintain and improve health and to protect health are developed; approaches to the restoration of somatic health by medical and valeological methods are proposed; means of education and development of appropriate motivation aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of the person as well as at spiritual and physical perfection, ability to introduce the acquired knowledge into professional activity are used. It is established that the principle of organic connection of physical education with labor activity is most specifically embodied in the professional applied physical training. The totality of the revealed facts leads to the need to develop metaprofile physical education of students with disabilities who study in preparatory medical groups, and to justify the fact that this educational environment promotes a more rapid acquisition of related professions and a free change of workplace by creating a high quality background: a vast range of knowledge and functional capabilities, physical culture. The study involved students of the basic and preparatory medical groups. In the course of training for the purpose of timely correction, as well as to assess the functional state of the organism, a three-stage respiration delay, or the Serkin sample, was used. The study showed that part of metaprofile physical education of students with disabilities, as well as students of the basic medical group, is physical education classes or other forms of sports and recreational activities aimed at the maximum adaptation of the genetically determined capacity of the organism to physical loads and its correction to a small extent by making the body more functional. In conclusion, it is shown that physical training, which is the basis of MPE, has a multifaceted and systemic effect on the body. The three-stage breath brings together the important categories of the functional status: stage 1 - physical potential, stage 2 - physical ability, stage 3 - energy resources. This is confirmed by the results obtained, which indicate that regardless of gender, level of physical fitness and health status there is a tendency to increase adaptation shifts and, therefore, preparedness for selected professional activities.
