On the application of the mechanism for implementing the new educational standard in integration with the developed professional standards
The aim of the article is to study changes in the designing of natural-science and vocational training of students of secondary vocational education institutions in the conditions of integration of new educational and professional standards. The author has checked a hypothesis of interrelation of educational and professional standards in the system of secondary vocational education. In the article, data of a poll of college teachers of the Central and the Southern Federal Districts in the conditions of a simultaneous introduction of the educational standard of the fourth generation and professional standards on the directions of training that unite professions and specialties were investigated. The results were processed on the basis of comparison of changes teachers made in the design of training courses in the conditions of professional and educational standards integration. The research resulted in the theoretical justification and development of the technique of studying the teachers' opinion on integration in the system of secondary vocational education at the level of two federal districts. Dynamics of the teachers' opinion is investigated by means of a questionnaire allowing to describe both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the integration; difficulties of the teachers of general professional and interdisciplinary academic disciplines in designing training courses are revealed. The works of researchers on the development of modern Russian vocational education in the context of the Copenhagen Process and the Europe 2020 strategy in the conditions of integration of educational and professional standards are studied and analysed. The research has quite fully shown that even in the region with a rather high level of economic development the interested part of teachers has come to an understanding that natural-science and vocational training of students of secondary vocational education institutions has to meet the requirements of modern labour market according to the requirements of the developed professional standard. The practical value of the article consists in the revealed positive dynamics of the teachers' opinion on the need to change the design of training courses of the natural-science and professional cycles according to integrative processes. Results of the conducted research can be useful to experts in the field of education, and also of interest to the general public.
