HE ANALYSIS OF THE LANGUAGE PERSONALITY OF THE RADIO PRESENTER OF ECHO OF MOSCOW KSENIA LARINA

The article presents linguistic and communicative-pragmatic analysis of the language personality of a radio presenter of the radio station Echo of Moscow, a journalist Ksenia Larina. The relevance of the article is determined by the communicative-pragmatic aspect of the research, which corresponds to the trends in the development of modern linguistics. The paper materials for the study were the statements of the radio presenter used in cultural and educational programs - media texts of a new type: "Dithyramb", "Cultural Shock", "Parents' Meeting", "Book Casino". The choice of radio discourse for the analysis of the language personality is determined by the oral implementation of communication, which creates natural conditions for spontaneous speech and determines a wide range of the used linguistic means. The main methods of research are the method of linguistic description, which includes observation, generalization, classification and systematization of the material, and communicative-pragmatic analysis. Within the research 22 radio programs were analyzed, 87 contexts reflecting lexical, syntactic and stylistic features of the language personality of the radio presenter were presented. The article gives a general description of the situation in the scientific world, related to the term "language personality", the choice of the research object and also the examples confirming the fact that the language personality of Larina belongs to elite speech culture. The main part of the article is devoted to the analysis of language features of the radio host. This analysis revealed the following features: use of complex expressive lexical, figurative and stylistic means: the lexicon of a bookish style, stylistic synonyms, gradation, metaphor, comparison, euphemism, lexical repetitions, multi-union, inversion; desire for the originality of speech utterance: creation of authorial metaphors, use of language games, quotations of precedent texts; frequent vocabulary of the active vocabulary; original syntax of statements; intentional use of lexical elements from different language subsystems in one statement in accordance with the communicative task of a radio program. Thus, the article reveals linguistic features of the personality of Larina as a radio presenter, describes the reasons of the use of these features by Larina's belonging to elite speech culture, and also by the influence of discursive features on radio communication.
