Subjective assessment of organizational and pedagogical frameworks of bachelors' project work

The article aims to justify the effectiveness of the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions from the position of a subjective evaluation of the results of mastering unique competences. Both general (comparative analysis, sociological survey (polling), mathematical modeling) and specialized (e-learning, inverted class technology, active pedagogical methods) scientific methods are used in the article. The step-by-step process of organizing project work at an economic discipline for "non-economist" students majoring in Power and Electrical Engineering is described. The general scheme of organizing project work, the main requirements and the plan of assessment activities for the discipline are given. The results of the subjective assessment of the new organizational and pedagogical frameworks of students' project work prove their effectiveness, which consists in the development of general and unique competencies. Involvement of bachelors in project activities contributes to mastering the skills of (1) assessing the economic performance of objects and processes of professional activity in order to increase their resource efficiency, (2) looking for new market opportunities that meet the principles of responsible resource consumption in conditions of polarity of interests. This approach to students' project work is a tool for developing competencies and a person who has a steady need for acquiring new knowledge and continuing education. A correlation-regression analysis of students' subjective assessment and academic performance on the subject was conducted to prove a hypothesis that the new organizational and pedagogical frameworks form an attracting educational environment, which enhances students' activities. Subjective assessment of innovations effectiveness in education by means of a sociological anonymous survey proves the effectiveness of activities of the project to streamline the socio-humanitarian education of bachelors majoring in engineering, and also proves a direct link with better academic performance.
