Influence of the subject area "Spiritual and Moral Culture of the Peoples of Russia" for training schoolchildren's trust and consensus
The aim of the article is to investigate the problem of developing a tool for scientific and pedagogical measurement of the educational influence of the subject area "Spiritual and Moral Culture of the Peoples of Russia" on the strengthening of trust and consensus in the intercultural and interconfessional Russian society. The study is based on the material of the course "Foundations of Religious Cultures and Secular Ethics" (ORKSE) introduced into federal state educational standards. The methodological basis is culturologi-cal, activity-oriented and person-oriented approaches. The first part of the article gives an analysis of the main agents of influence on the personality that is being formed when studying the course - its conceptual and methodological potential. A conclusion is made about its significant educational resource in the formation of social trust among the younger generations. The result of the article is the scientific substantiation of the monitoring program "Assessment of the Influence of the ORKSE Discipline on the Formation of Trust and Consensus in Society" aimed at revealing the effectiveness of teaching ORKSE as a means of accumulating the experience of social trust and consensus in society, promoting a dialogue of cultures between national and interconfessional communities in Russia. The monitoring program includes: collection of data on risks; determination of how the quality of the monitoring procedure will be assessed (qualitative assessment indicators); allocation of the criteria for monitoring (criteria and indicators for assessing the impact of the ORKSE course on the development of interpersonal, interconfessional, inter-ethnic relations); determination of the scope and method of application of monitoring results; choice of methods for obtaining monitoring results, their processing and analysis; description of the form of storage / dissemination of monitoring results (a database on monitoring results); determination of the scope of monitoring (number of regions / educational organizations / number of respondents, selection of regions (educational organizations), identification of target groups that make monitoring results representative; development of mechanisms for interaction of different levels involved in monitoring; identification of the functions and powers of specialists related to monitoring at different levels; monitoring planning (stages, deadlines, executors) with a description of each stage. Monitoring will be implemented in the 2018-2019 academic year in educational institutions of Moscow, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Ryazan and Tver regions.
