A legal socialization model in the context of the historical development of modernization management
An attempt has been made to determine the role and place of the legal socialization of a person in social development, the significance of its humanistic person-centered model, which is a fundamental factor in the development of a civil society in modern Russia. Evaluation of modernization processes in Russian society in the context of historical development has created the need to shift the focus of research on the transition from a closed structure of a "traditional" (patriarchal) society to its inclusion in the globalized structure of modernity (transition to civil societies). Thus, as a social variable that is specific to Russia, the author used the assessment of the direct impact of reforms on changes both within society and an individual, which made it possible to track changes in the formation and formation of a model of legal socialization in the context of modernizing management. An analysis of the classic works exploring the formation of an industrial society, in which modernization proceeds in parallel with industrialization, made it possible to establish two directions of development - liberal and authoritarian, which periodically replaced each other in the process of the social and legal evolution of Russian society. In the Russian Empire, reform took place only along the path of authoritarian modernization and affected mainly the upper stratum of Russian society, although in historical periods of social revolutions changes were also made in public life as a whole. This undoubtedly contributed to the predominance of the authoritarian line in the formation of the national model of the legal socialization of man. The period of development of the Russian state, characterized by active modernization processes, is associated with the era of the great reforms of Peter the Great. Being a part of the European world, Russia had to borrow many innovations from the West, but, creating national projects by the Western model, reformers paid little attention to their adaptation to the peculiarities of the socio-cultural life of the Russian population. By the end of the 19th century, the state once again faced the need for radical transformations due to the accelerating historical and sociocultural dynamics of Western societies, which it became increasingly behind. At this stage of development, Russia again faced a historic choice: to adopt the European path of development, involving the use of a model of liberal modernization (and the corresponding model of legal socialization, in which civil society institutions play a leading role), or continue authoritarian development that did not perceive the value of a civil society. During the Soviet stage of modernization, it became necessary to solve the historical problems that were solved long ago in the European civilization. The USSR managed to restore the state on a completely new ideological foundation, which ultimately determined the authoritarian type of the sociocentric model of legal socialization. In the modern period of development of the Russian state, modernization is a factor and condition for sociocultural changes, it is a long and very complex process, the result of which should be a civil society formed on humanistic principles.
