The technique of advanced routine on parallel bars
The article is devoted to the biomechanical analysis of the advanced and original gymnastic routine on parallel bars: “from handstand swinging backward with a double back somersault with hand support”. The authors consider the composition, structure and technique of the exercise. The aim of the study is to describe the technique of the exercise on the basis of a biomechanical analysis, and to determine, in particular, the basic position and posture of the athlete, which characterize not only the initial and final positions of the athlete, but also the position at the boundaries of the change of phases of the exercise. The analysis of the technique is based on the exercise model performed by the honored master of sports of the Russian FederationM. Devyatovsky. The video was recorded at the zonal competitions “The Cup of Siberia” with a frequency of 25 frames per second. The results of the recording were processed with biomechanical methods using computer technology. The authors distinguish the periods, stages, phases of the exercise analyzed through a biomechanical study of the technique. This method allows them to achieve the aim of the research: the authors described the technique of the exercise under study, determined the athlete's basic positions and postures at the initial, boundary and final positions of the athlete. The space, time and energy characteristics of the exercise are determined. It is shown that the rational technique of the analyzed exercise is based on the whip way of its implementation. The authors first show a number of biomechanical characteristics and their parameters of the exercise, which have no description in the available literature. The magnitudes of changes in the angles in the shoulder and hip joints in the supported and unsupported states are shown. The rates of change of angles in the athlete's joints are determined. The linear and angular velocities of the parts of the athlete's body are shown along the entire trajectory of movement. The time characteristics of each stage and phase of motor actions are shown. The study showed that in order to increase the amplitude of the exercise, it is necessary to increase the speed of the athlete's move to the unsupported state by means of the whip way of performing the throwing movement with the legs from the vertical position in the lower part of the trajectory of the exercise. The main motor actions (control movements) are shown in each phase of the exercise. On the basis of the conducted research conclusions about pedagogically grounded methods and ways of teaching are made for each stage and phase of motor actions.
