Modeling the Preparation of Preschoolers at the Stage of Preliminary Training in Artistic Gymnastics

The article studies the problem of a lack of modern knowledge about peculiarities of managing types of training of preschool children engaged in artistic gymnastics at the stage of preliminary training. The aim of the study is to develop models of the system of preliminary sports training and management of types of training of preschool children engaged in artistic gymnastics. The methods and organization of research are theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, modeling. The study was carried out in the period from September 2017 to May 2019 on the basis of a budgetary institution of preschool education, Specialized Children's Youth Olympic Reserve School No. 25 in Omsk. During the work, in order to systematize motor, general and special physical, functional motor, special motor, and technical training of preschoolers, the objectives of creating a model of preliminary sports training of preschool children and a model of control of the process of preliminary sports training were reached. Modeling of preschoolers' preparation at the stage of preliminary sports training assumes taking into account the level of preparation at this stage and the specifics of the sport (presence or absence of early specialization, coordination complexity of competitive exercises, etc.). The modeling is based on the target integrated approach: the perspective-prognostic models of the year and stage of training in the sport are determined. The age composition of sports and health groups in complex-coordination sports, as a rule, is from 4 to 7. Significant differences between children of middle (4-5 y.o.) and older (5-6 and 6-7 y.o.) preschool age, different level of preparation pose special requirements to the modeling of their training. Taking into account the legislative and program-regulatory documents regulating the content and implementation of sports and health stages in the sport, the model of the system of preliminary training of preschoolers only clarifies and complements the structural elements of the model of the pedagogical system of pr-school physical education (objectives of education, content, methods, means and forms of education). Thus, the basis for the management of preschoolers' preparation at the stage of preliminary training in artistic gymnastics is the systematic technological approach, which makes the static system dynamic, complex, and progressive.
