Measurability of Impact: A Forensic Tactical Aspect
The article reveals a set of problems related to the measurability of one of the central categories of forensic tactics-tactical impact. The range of problems affects the methodological, historical, forensic, and psychological aspects. The object of the study is a complex of psychological entities with the property of measurability and acting as a result of tactical influence. The following general scientific methods were used in the study: analysis, synthesis, system-structural. The following private scientific methods were used in the study: modeling, statistical analysis, comparative historical, expert assessment. The following conclusions are made in the article. The introduction of the term "measurement", not assessment, as applied to tactical impact increases the scientific viability of modern tactical and forensic research. There are three elements that suggest the possibility of assessing the results of tactical impact in the structure of personality: behavior, attitudes, conditions. Assessment of the effectiveness of tactical techniques is based on the detected relationship between a tactical technique and indicators of the effectiveness of its use. Dependence is divided into a priori, vector, priority, and functional. Functional dependence is based on the measurement of parameter values. This type of dependence uses the parameters of tactical performance indicators, which allows for quantitative calculations. Substantially, functional dependence contains the correlation coefficients between structural elements of tactical reception and indicators of the effectiveness of their use, which provides a prognostic calculation. The final conclusion is that the most effective measurement of the results of tactical impact occurs in the case of measuring changes in the condition of a person under investigation. The measurement of conditions, as an indicator of the effectiveness of tactical impact, is carried out as follows: the current condition (C.1) of the psychological parameter is fixed; the optimal condition (OC) of the psychological parameter is determined; the difference between the optimal and current conditions of the psychological parameter is calculated (O.C.-C.1); the vector and intensity of the tactical impact are determined; the tactical technique of directional impact is formulated; after the application of the tactical technique, the condition of the psychological parameter is re-recorded (C.2); the difference between the final condition and the initial condition of the psychological parameter (C.2-C.1) is calculated; To calculate the error of tactical impact, the planned result is compared with the result obtained ((OC-C.1)-(C.2-C.1)); the causes of the error are established, the prospect of increasing the effectiveness of tactical impact is analyzed, the impact is adjusted when formulating the next tactical technique.
