State role in market economy regulation within contemporary conditions
At present the state role change in economic life is caused by a transition from industrial to postindustrial manufacture. It is expressed through transferring state intervention from quantitative to qualitative aspect It makes new demands to the correlation between market self-regulation and state regulation. State not only creates market institutions and "game rules "by social engineering but also forms conditions for evolution of self-regulation market mechanism. State role change demands the methodology change of contemporary economic researches: overcoming human factor underestimation peculiar to industrial manufacture, contrasting economic derivative to social, adoption of addition principle to interaction between market and state regulation.
