Innovation activity: micro-, mesoand macroeconomic characteristics
In the article concepts of innovation activities on micro-, meso- and macrolevel are differentiated. The macroconditions of innovation activities: the determination of priorities, the formation of legal, informational and educational environment are emphasized. An estimate of the condition of Russian innovation complex is given; strategic directions to increase the efficiency of innovation activity at all levels in Russia are determined.
