On the expediency of cooperation of the lawers for the defence attorneys and private detectives in the criminal procedure
In conditions of reforming of criminal procedure in the Russian Federation the question on necessity of interaction of the lawyers - defence attorneys and private detectives has got the special urgency. However, there is a number of economic, legal and other problems of such interaction. The ways of solving the given problems to achieve the efficiency of cooperation of private detectives with defence attorneys in the criminal procedure are considered in this article.
