Organization of the justices of the peace and the possible prospects of the summary proceedings development in the criminal procedure in the Russian Federation

The bases are considered, by which, in the author's opinion, the system of judicial executions in the Russian Federation is under construction. The Draft of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation from the point of view of the summary proceedings regulation is analyzed. The author suggests certain developments of the summary proceedings system in Russia In particular, the introduction of the order of court practice, further development of the trial in absentia practice in the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation is offered. Proposals on the organization of the justices of the peace courts and peculiar court procedures on businesses, within the jurisdiction of the justices of the peace are formulated.
