Computer spectrophotometry in medical diagnostics
The computer procedure of a laboratory spectrophotometry analysis of multicom-ponent mixtures on the automated spectrophotometer has proposed and realized. Electronic absorption spectrum measurements of any biological objects having the important diagnostic role in medicine (PHITZ, myocardium, atherosclerotic plaques, urine, serum of a blood) have been carried out. The mathematical software was included the effective methods of processing for spectra observed: the original method of decomposition of an observed spectrum on experimental base spectra and method of the derivative spectrophotometry were used. The experimental method, its hardware, and the obtained results too can be applied to the practical laboratory medical diagnostics.
