About the program system for simulation of dynamic behavior of switching circuits with prescribed accuracy
The problem of the dynamic simulation of transistor level LSI circuits is considered. A LSI circuit is described by a switching circuit defined on the conductance and state semilatices. An algorithm for determining the dynamic behavior of a switching circuit is suggested. The algorithm is based on a simulation technique with a prescribed accuracy. The simulation accuracy of the circuit is defined by a congruence relation on the state semilattice and is calculated as the least extension of the equivalence relation given on the minimal elements of the semilattice. An information about computer programs realizing these techniques is presented.
