The conception of the stable development as a modern/up-to-date form of the social dialecticsfor the scanty nationalities

Different approaches to the search ofthe possible economicaland cultural development of scanty nationalities of the North of Russia are discussed. It is shown that the conception of the stabledevelopment goes beyond the limits of the «linear» and «cyclic» approaches to history, and is the most pregerable socio-philosophicalbasis for the evaluation of the historical situation of scanty nationalities of the Russian North and the perspectives of theirfurther development.
