The problem of genesis of the economic culture of the nationalities of the North
Basing on the theory of genesis the life of the scanty nationalities of the Russian North, as well as negative phenomena indifferent spheres of their life due to the badly structured state policy during the Soviet time, and the distinction ofthe traditional economicculture of these nationalities are analyzed. Using the conception of the North neotraditionalism the vital conditions of the culturaland economical self-determination of the scanty nationalities of the North in the market economy are considered.
